OPEN EVERYDAY 11AM TO 7PM
STONEFIRE KITCHEN is Tori and Carl Tremaglios next big thing. As the founders of Oregano Joes Restaurant in Charlottesville, they
developed a passion for food and exquisite service their reputation still holds. Stonefire Kitchen is the next iteration of that passion.
Along with chef Jeremy Butterfield, formerly of Palladio Restaurant, they have developed a menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, sides, and entrees. The kitchen offers lunch and dinner menu options, box lunches, gift baskets, and picnic baskets for residents of and travelers in the Virginia wine country.
Stonefire Kitchen provides complete event packages for Stonefire Station, the adjacent event facility. They offer classic menus for weddings and rehearsal dinners, and suitable meals and hors doeuvres for meetings or training events in the ballroom.

Tori and Carl met at Cornell School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York. They opened Oregano Joes in 1988 and operated it for 12 years, feeding the hungry mouths of Charlottesville. They expanded the business to handle catering, and then equipment rentals, which ultimately became Festive Fare Party Rentals. They sold the very successful business to Classic Party Rentals. Being serial entrepreneurs, they opened Stonefire Station in 2004 and Stonefire Kitchen in 2010.
Incidentally, they still get calls from customers asking for the recipe for the gorgonzola dressing!
